The problem with American PR is that everyone gets their views from US movies. In a trip to Scotland recently, I was asked several awkward questions that obviously came from american tv. For example, I was asked, "What kind of American are you?" This question really confused me, but I later learned that they assumed that all americans fit perfectly into a stereotypical social group, just like in the Disney Channel. My choices were limited to: Skater, Jock, Nerd, Gothic, Redneck, etc. I explained that I didn't consider myself to be a part of any of these groups. Just one of the odd things I've encountered.
BUT BACK TO THE TOPIC
I think that protesting could increase nationalist feelings in China. They might say, "Look at the west trying to bully us around once again."
Anyway, I like watching fencing. I'm pretty fond of lacrosse too, I just wish that they would make it an Olympic event.
Tennis is easily my favorite sport, I play 5 times a week. I'm hoping that James Blake will do well, but if I was betting I'd put my money on Novak Djokovic.
