MajorMitchel, I too had never listened to podcasts before this Diplomacy Games podcast. Though Amby and Kaner are the best one, there is an amazing amount of stuff and it's easy to get.
If you're Apple, do it via iTunes. I hear that's easy..... call Steve Jobs..... no, wait. Too late. Call the new guy.
If Android like me, do Stitcher.
If you are computer based, I think you could just listen right off the internet link.
If you do Stitcher, what's cool for me is that you can download (all for free!) it into a "Listen Later" file on your phone from your wifi so it's not pulling live over the air. Great option unless you have unlimited data (I don't).
All you do is load the Stitcher app from Google Play, then search "Diplomacy Games" and it pops right up. Click on it, then look for "Episodes" right in the middle. Then you can click on the right side of each episode to download to "Listen Later." Here's what happens next:
..... (cue wistful music) ..... As I drive home, I play the podcasts. ......I imagine myself sitting in the beautiful pubs of Australia, listening to the two amateur Oracles of Diplomacy, mentally enjoying with them a deliciously cold "Perthian Sweat of a Wombat Ale" or "Golden Kangaroo Chiraz," ...... with the taste of dissapointment and forlorn hope of the children of former prisoners of England upon my tounge, and whilst the sun sets on another of my many, many sad but fun eliminations from an ongoing gunboat game on vDip or webDip ..... aaaahhhh.....
Or you can just laugh about how they can't even agree on how to pronounce their own native bird names (the Ibis) or the fine exploits of captainmeme!
