Uh it's just me and my friends playing video games that's really it we don't do anything bad if that's what your asking. It's just 3 friends playing different style of games from rated E-rated M but not like games like gta more like halo. Because we know you can't show certain stuff in those kind of games and post it on the Internet. We respect the younger viewers as well as the older but the younger we pay more attention too. Because the fact they're young and we understand they look at adults for guidance.

If our viewers have troubles in their lives they know they can just sit down and watch three good friends play games. We try to make everybody feel better because life has its ups and downs and we tend to share good memories with everyone.

I'm sure you have a great channel that you're starting, and I know how hard it is to launch a gaming channel. If you have good quality material, then it will grow of its own accord. If I may ask, who is being harmed by this post? LEGION is a member of the community, who contributes to the site. Personally, I'm interested in what members do outside Diplomacy. I've used this site on multiple occasions to advertise for other projects.

Clearly, if someone creates an account with the sole purpose of advertising spam, that shouldn't be acceptable. But, I'm having a hard time understanding how that leads to a member unable to let other players know about another site for which there is known interest for.

@abgemacht - I agree with you. If the advertising isn't done with mal intent or overly excessive then I see no problem. For example Legion here has one forum post about it which may very well lead into a conversation about videogames as a whole. If he were to start multiple threads about the same thing thatd be wrong or if he bumped every 2 minutes thatd be bad.

I am in agreement with abge and CommanderByron. I think we will make the rules to reflect that an account created for the sole purpose of advertising spam is not ok, but a member should be able to let what he or she does outside the site and it could lead to interesting discussion. Repeated advertising isn't ok, but saying here is my youtube channel or twich is fine (unless I have missed some nuance).

LEGION, why not just put the name of the channel in your profile? Surely that is allowed, as there is a section for homepage - where players like thehamster advertise their blogs.

Some twitch channels are really good. Most aren't, but then again, that could describe most things. Posts on this site, for instance.

Also, I few weeks ago, my gf spent the entire weekend watching someone on twitch play Goat Simulator. I offered to buy her the game and she just looked at me like I was crazy and asked why I thought she'd want to play a game where she's a goat. To each their own.

Multiboxing is when you play two more more accounts on Diablo 3 at the same time. You can't use a bot to do it. You have to manually play all the accounts yourself. Perfectly legal and acceptable there. I like the challenge of playing all 3 accounts by myself.
It's kinda expensive, but it's really the only thing I've spent money on recently.

Fortunately for me, it's allowed for Diablo 3. I have a T6 crusader, T4-5 witch doctor, and T3-4 wizard on my main account. I'm thinking of working on my DH next, but I don't like jumping around and aggroing all the time.

That first post was in regards to the Skyrim MMO, which is crazy expensive.

I haven't played D3 recently, but I played it a lot when it came out.

Seriously, huge improvements in RoS. You can get many interesting legendaries on your own now instead of buying them off of auction house, although I wish we could still trade.

Yeah, I remember this "expansion" now. Blizzard spends a decade making a half baked sequal to D2 and then tries to charge for an "expansion" which should have been in the initial release when it flops.
