Is damo looking better after EoD3 or not?

Balki et al. started an alternate wagon on damo at EoD3. Why did Balki try to vote him? Why not join on fox or on me? Did balki start a wagon on a town to try to save xorx? or start a wagon on a scumbuddy out of pure wifom? or just to try to push to see if they'd get an IC claim?

I think.... Balki knew he was going to die to the real BA tonight, so he spent all of n3 wasting everyone's time with wifom and reverse psychology. Yet at EoD3 Balki also knew that he was marked for death... so wouldn't his play be the same? Balki never voted me, which would have made more sense for him to do if he was trying to save xorx. So instead he wanted to setup conditions under which fox or I looked like lynches he wouldn't touch.

I think at some point d3 xorx said "nope, bus me for cred." Meanwhile, balki knew he was going to flip as soon as he claimed BA, so he went for a maximum return of confusion on his flip.

If D1 was TvT, you'd expect to see more scum on the runner up wagon, I think. Do you think it's more likely that I'm scum, that Peterlund (previously Moscow Fleet) is scum, or that Flavius is scum and it was not actually TvT?

Kind of weird how when you look at D2 (tight and controlled Judge lynch) that the two known scum members were both on Espresso. Really makes me think. ET is definitely scum.


@Teacon: What do I think of Neph? Well Neph and Balki are connected as of start of Day 3 and with Balki’s BA claim. He said he had a scan on a N1 PR and says this on page 176. He reveals his scan was on Neph on Page 190. Neph confirms. This indicates Neph is scum or Balki got a lucky guess.

So Neph if you actually are the judge, you should use your power today to lock in that clear and give us a better chance at lynching mafia. Don't go for information lynch like EP, et. Go for who you think is most likely scum. Picking 2 mafia is the best case scenario here. While it doesn't give us info, a guaranteed lynch on mafia is better than info 100%

If Neph isn't the real judge, the real judge shouldn't have to necessarily use their power today, but it might be a good idea.

I'll have to think more about the other options, but post d3 you're looking a lot better than the others. Why wouldn't balki move to you or me to save xorx? if he and rdr had moved that might actually have done something. If he wasn't going to save xorx, why didn't he bus? I know my alignment so I'm trying to figure out what we are now "supposed" to conclude from balki's EoD3... he knew he was going to die, and that we'd try to infer something from his EoD motion. The "obvious" conclusion is to setup fox/teacon, and mildly clear damo for being presented as an alternate. At worst it's just wifom, but... what would his motivation be there to setup conditions for d4?

I need to think through the implications of a judge CC some more, but I don't think it necessarily needs to happen today. If Neph doesn't use his powers today in a way that clears himself we can safely assume he is not the real judge, so a CC might not be necessary.
