@vapour do you scumread anyone currently? Also, seeing as ND is the leading wagon, care to reveal your grand plan?

Not yet, be patient my young padawan

as for scumreads, I have 2 for you: teacon and possibly damo, but I'm not voting them D1 just to be clear, it's flimsy and I was wrong many times D1 in previous games

there's a better chance to solidify my stances D2

Advice for townfolk: we aren't lynching Espresso or Durga, at least not today

Espresso gives off a very diplomatic townie look in almost all of his posts

ND likes to change styles from game to game but when he's like this he's scum.

##vote ND
I have looked into this further and I can't find any game that this conclusion could be based on, am I missing something?
Couldn't quote specific game(s), just going from memory.

Moscow, would have to contradict you.

ND is trying to get a rise out of everyone who's not townleaning him, I can fully understand votes on him because he makes it unpleasant for people, I can legitimately see plenty of town on him

If he's town, his method won't make scum stand out. Also, this is plenty of distraction, we have 3 scum and if town ND wants to capture all attention to himself, mafia is fine not to be the center of attention.

I'll tell you about my ND plan close to EOD. I won't vote him, but I'm not opposed to his lynch because I can't see a better wagon right now and Durga could be right,

would be up for lynching Percival but those are just my senses tingling

cop fantastic and bombastic, please do scan 'e.m.c' it's just a suggestion, I think I'm allowed to say this

make no mistake, if I'm a cop, I'll be visiting e.m.c tonight ;)

It's all good because having him confirmed is a bonus for this game. e.m.c has plenty of nuances to his game style and it's hard to pinpoint his alignment, also as town he's definitely a treasure to keep around

Excellent content from Espresso and Vash. Townread both.

Also liking the content from Moscow and town leaning.

Fairly confident Durga is town.

Percy not so sure about.

Like to hear more from einstein and xorxes.

Bozo his usual logical self. Impossible to guess his alignment.

rdr moved to null.

ND subject of next post.

Just want to clarify on ND.

I think he deliberately changes style from game to game to avoid meta. He has no particular town style or scum style. However, the style he is using this game is strongly reminiscent of a game in which he was scum. So, he is either subconsciously using the same style as scum or deliberately replicating it as town. My gut feel is the former as the latter contradicts the premise of the first sentence.

e.m.c^42 (1) — xorxes
Vaporwave (1) — MoscowFleet
damo666 (1) — bozotheclown

ND is headed for the lynch!

e.m.c^42 and rdrivera2005 must cast votes.

I feel oddly buddied by rd.

Teacon, you go from asking others to join you on ND, to moving off of him yourself. How exactly do you currently read ND?
Great question moscow.
I didn't vote ND for ND's sake. I got a scum vibe on emc from an earlier interaction, and wanted to see emc's reaction to a growing wagon on ND, precisely because emc made a point of saying, early on, that he wouldn't vote ND. (in this scenario, emc is maybe scum with godfather!ND.)
I just want to point out that emc has never voted before the last half hour of the day as far as I remember, so this reaction test did not have much of a chance on him this early (although if he had taken the bait it would have been quite interesting).

Other than that, I see that emc has started to actually have opinions on people, which is something I don't remember happening before as either alignment from him.

Quick update before I head to work for the day.

Liking the discussion now - it seems like we've got some promising leads. @ND thank you for making a longer post. It hasn't changed my mind, but it might help us if we're wrong about you.

I'll check in again briefly at lunch. More thoughtful and directed posts to come this evening.

##VOTE Percy, trying to make him use his tongue more

too reserved, too much in the background
Sorry, I was unexpectedly busy today.
Posting my reads from this part of the thread and before:
Loving Moscow so far, really made a town showing.
ND really could be either way, he has that style Brainbomb has imitated, where he's just really out there and a bit spammy. I agree with Moscow, It ain't worth lynching him yet, he'll post enough to have a good slip up eventually if he is scum.

Rdrivera seemed real shifty at first but has kind of redeemed himself. Right now I give him a solid Maybe.

Espresso could pull a flavius, and noob scum to victory, but I feel pretty town from him, earnestly trying to figure out what's going on, so they can start catching scum.
I'll
This post is so so scummy...

Unfortunately I have to go to work now and can't keep reading for now, but I wanted to flag where I got to.

I am going to ##VOTE Durga

She is awful and we would be blessed by God not to have her in this game. Plus if I'm going to die for no reason other than bcoz blah blah meta derpna says so then I may as well have some fun. Am I rite?

And call me unusual, but I think it isn't objectively bad to have just one spammy player. They keep the chat from dying, and give conversation for everyone that more sane people can judge the reactions to.
This isn’t unusual. On the contrary, it’s a very reasonable take. Look at how many reads have been given and how much discussion has been generated from ND’s antics.
Agree, I said the same thing to the Patronum guy (or girl, whatever).

This is really bold coming from someone who gets modkilled like 70% of the time.

If I'm exactly the same as the last game, doesn't that indicate to you that I'm town?

Anyway, I'm pretty sure he's scum - but on the chance he's not, yes. I'm asking him to stop this ridiculous caricature.
I have never been modkilled, lmao.

And it would make me townread you, except that you are currently encouraging a pretty horrible ND wagon. Add that to the fact that I don’t think you have very distinctive town/scum metas, and you having the same playstyle from last game doesn’t mean all that much in terms of your alignment.
I have a VERY distinctive scum meta so this is actually just wrong but okay. It's not relevant right now.

If I was scum and ND was town I'd looove him alive right now. What would be a scum motivation for lynching a town!ND here? All he's doing is spamming and being irritating. That's so lovely for scum. I'd sit back and let him do dumb shit. So please explain to me a) why pushing ND is bad and 2) why I'd be more likely to do it as scum (and don't say I like an easy lynch because that's lazy)
Agree too, Durga is usually a lot more confrontational as town. Of course she could change meta, but I doubt it's the case. Anyway, I don't like her push on ND too, because it's lazy, it's like pushing Brain on D1.

There is a game where he did this exact thing. He was scum with yavuz. I can't remember the number though.
He didn't, he lurked a lot on this game and posted eventually some shitty analysis, not like this where he practically offered himself as a wagon. And you lynched me over him that game so you should know better....
