Just use your heatgun on lord quas. Dude is by far the scummiest player alive. While he's more likely to be the assassin than the secretary, it's still best to target scum in general.

If you're against LQ, you should hit vecna with the ray. He's def the most valuable "Not secretary" clear to get.
