The second question is why you claimed precisely when you did. The first was asked because I wanted to see evidence that your claimed reason for withholding was legitimate (i.e. that you had actually formed reads by waiting and watching reactions). I see absolutely no reason for you not to share your reads with us.

Well first of all let me share a reason why I shouldn't share... this way, even if you think I should share you will know that there is at least one reason... lets say for instance that I were to point out some reactions, comments, votes... the good is I am telling town what to think about for D6 (which I can do until the end of N5) and perhaps I am convincing town that my claim is real, but the bad is that I am indicating a pool of people that I think are unlikely to be the other PR.

As for the precise timing, I felt 5-6 hours was enough time to start seeing people "assume there will be no cc" and place a legitimate vote. Waiting much longer would only result in a free for all.

PRECISELY... you had a decision 1) claim at EoN to get your actual observations out... or 2) see if you could survive the night and go for another round N5.

Come now... we still have over an hour... everyone can claim i waited too long to come out, but we have had plenty of time.

A last minute obvious save is useful, hell if you can take down 2 of them for me then great... I think it unlikely I survive the night... but a Townie sitting off wagon is only going to add to the confusion at EoN... forcing scum to make the move if they want to make a save is the better call.

@DrC: I’ve been off on most of my reads. Being a PR doesn’t make me this omnipotent entity that knows the scum by virtue. If I get NKd, I flip observer, and town gets to have a meaningful conversation about the earlier days instead of tunneling a PRs EoN readjust like we did to Yavu on xorx’s list. If I live, I can lay out what I know.
