They would have to have correctly guessed that bozo had the scan and Chaqa had the kit. I can't be scum with both of them, so there's no way they stole either item.

I guess there could be two kits still in play, and they both think they're the only one left, but that would probably come out on time as well.

Setup doesn't say if repair kit can only be used at EoD/EoNs. I think I know what happened. BB had the detective kit right? As this was proven, he used it again! Because it was repaired. Setup says repair kit can be used during day. What if it was used at N1? Bb is right again!

I haven't played with Tom before. How is he different this game which makes him scummy? If we want another wagon...why not one of yavuz/vecna/rhk instead?

bozo or Chaqa could have given them a nurse-kit through sticky, but they would have had to guess the other one had the detective-kit. Yes, totally plausible.
