RIP John McCain

#1 Post by brainbomb » Sun Aug 26, 2018 12:38 am

A true hero of the Republican Party. His integrity is unquestionable. He was a maverick, an outspoken leader, and an American hero. He set a standard for how all politicians should behave, and how they should govern.

Definetely a tremendous loss for our nation.

I'd agree if McCain wasn't part of the Keating 5 that tried to get the government to back off on an investigation of bank fraud by real estate developer Charles Keating in Arizona and McCain's wife, Cindy, stole drugs from her own charity meant for poor people in Central America for her own drug habit. While most of the time he was honorable, McCain wasn't that high a standard and his integrity was only relative to worse members.

He also happened to abandon his own wife after coming back from Vietnam because she had become a cripple in the meantime and took someone much more politically connected and 20 years younger than himself.

She set up a charity to send drugs to poor people?

These drugs had multiple uses. I forget the type, but much like opiods, drugs when properly used can help or be abused when used improperly. Cindy McCain was a drug addict.

It was pain pills from her own charity providing medical care. She escaped all criminal charges.

I dont have an opinion on Clarence Thomas, but Kissinger can join McFake in hell

Oh, I have quite the list of Government POS's from both sides, I will become an alcoholic in a week, if they all kick bucket within a month of each other
