Ok brain is officially a scumread now too.

Every other post from him today is him talking about how he tried to save teacon and it almost sounds jubilant and smug with how much he brings it up along with the excitement behind it.
It really feels he's going into his "I'm so crazy and whacky" meta to cover his tracks to get away with it and loving every minute it's working.
I feel like town brain would not be like this.

But @bona, I think you are not considering that townies kill other townies all the time. Just because a bunch of people make a push to kill someone who ends up town doesn't mean those people are scum. It can help to try to look for motivations for why people do things.

If Hamilton were confirmed scum, that would be one thing. But as it is now, all we know is that there was a late push on town. What do you think scum would do in this situation if Hamilton is town? What about if he's scum? How is that different from what a townie would do? Without knowing Hamilton's alignment (and technically even if we knew his alignment, but I don't want to get into that now), how can you assume it was scum that killed brain?

I am drunk and finished our final boss in the PF1e campaign, https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monst ... wil-atumr/, that I've played for over 3 years and I did the most damage because lvl 20 alchemists with fastbombs are broken.

I also just started GM'ing about ~2 months ago. My advice is curve your expectations and be able to adapt to what the players want. Them enjoying the game is the most important part of leading a game.

Yeah exactly, just don't worry about it. Have fun. The players aren't going to care if you mess up and usually they won't even notice. Just try to read the room and keep doing things the players are responding positively to.
