I asked in PM and was told they’d know they were commuted but not if they were attacked or visited. The attacker would not know why they failed. ##CALL GM did I remember this correctly? Also, Xorxes, if we’re going to hunt reavers by EOD I think we need some coordinated efforts:

1) hypotheses that are specific to an assumed RP.
2) an attempt to retrigger an alert, but this requires more buyin than I’ve had. Can we get people to commit? I don’t think we need to repost all of pages 27-32 in order exactly, but if we can organize that it’s be nice.

2) Make a list of the people that would need to repost. Only a few people could be Reaver Prime, and goldie is still the way most likely.

Goldie already reposted (though if it matters about the context of surrounding posts I think we're going to have a hard time retriggering--would also not be very fair to reavers as crossposting is hard to avoid, and not fair to GMs as the search function is really only a post/post basis).

So, of the people who could be RP and trigger the day 1 warning (assuming posts between Kitsune's posts were the issue:

If both warnings were level 1, and level indicates the number of Reavers, it suggests that Reaver Prime has not successfully recruited yet.

That depends on our hypothesis. I think there are two cases:

1) the level of the warning is the number of times that reaver has erred (in this case it means there are at least 2 reavers.

2) there are different types of infractions. One type is 1. Another is 2.

I personally think it’s more likely that we’re in situation 1. This makes sense for design, and for allowing players second chances (also, what would be penalty for multiple level 1 infractions)?

IF I’m correct, then we actually need a second list of players for the second infraction. Since it must necessarily be by a different reaver (meaning that depending on the delay the GMs add, it could be almost everyone not cleared after the infraction).

I still find the other hypothesis more compelling, but your interpretation makes sense in that the GM would be willing to reveal a reaver when there’s a replacement. She never mentioned level 3 though (and by revealing a reaver, I doubt there is one) which makes your interpretation less compelling.

Why would GM let us know of three reavers? Wouldn't we just be told when they actually start killing by telling us of a death?

GM Clarification:

This was a Level 1 Reaver Press Rules Violation.

This is to indicate that a violation has occurred in the existing pattern, but not who is responsible for it.

A Level 2 Rules Violation, if incurred, will reveal a player as a Reaver.

This is the post I think indicates which hypothesis about the rules is more likely. But again, it’s yet another thing we’re assuming. Reposting everything from the first warning would be a good way to test.

@rdrivera - I'm aware the phases are 48 hours long. Hence why its better to put pressure on the people that are here now, not the ones that will show up a few hours before phase end. We won't get any information from leaving our votes parked on them.

And again, we really need more people to speak up on the massclaim. Anything less than 10 PR claims is going to be next to worthless for us, yet invaluable for the scum. Getting a dozen people to claim PR or not PR helps scum because they can hide amongst the PR claims and not get caught. This is an everything or nothing push.

So I'm going to be scrutinizing the people who are currently pushing the mass claim who are *not* xorxes. I still do believe xorxes is town, and have good town reads on teacon and ND as well. emc is looking very suspect though. He has posted the third most out of anyone, but I just looked through each of those posts and the vast, vast majority of them are garbage. He has maybe 3 posts where he's actually considering something seriously, and just plugged a vote onto the silent Vecna. Moreover, he went from being skeptical about the massclaim to a full-blown supporter of it, and started organizing the chart to push people into thinking this was an already agreed-upon thing that we are doing.
