The subject is but a small part of a larger quote about Jewish businessman, George Soros, detailed below...
"the invasion of the negroid and Semitic hordes and thereby for the twilight of the EU… as a typical talmudo-Zionist, he is a deadly enemy of the Western civilisation, nation state and white, European man.”
So what deprived people spat out this nonsense? Yes, it's the party that just won first place in the Slovenian election last weekend!
What a great bastion of liberal democracy the EU is. Of course there are quite a few centrists left in the EU, but they're far too busy telling Americans how awful Trump is to possibly get around to dealing with the mess in their own backyard.

Oct you are a hypocrite as usual. Slovenia is YOUR backyard too. Why are you not dealing with it? You who seem to partly share those ideas. Are you saying that denounced this responsibility just because you are about to leave the EU?

Why am I not dealing with it? I'm pretty sure I've been drawing attention to it. One of the few voices here that cares enough about it to even mention it, you could say. You are very much in the EU and yet all I ever hear from you is criticism of America half a world away.
Come on, man, wake up. The EU you idolize doesn't exist. The EU that exists is the EU where populists and racists rule over the east and Italy, where the youth are trapped in massive unemployment, where the far right is Germany's official opposition and came second in France's presidential election. Trump talks about his wall, but we've already built them, and they're a hell of a lot nastier and topped with razor wire. Hell, the wall we're paying for in Turkey comes complete with razor wire and machine gun posts.
The good guys are losing, mate.

Certainly. It wasn't actually a speech, forgive my error - it was a magazine article written by Bernard Brščič, one of the key figures in the SDS party, published in the party's weekly publication "Demokracija" in the 25 August 2016 edition.
The full citation would be:
Brščič, Bernard: "George Soros is one of the most depraved and dangerous people of our time", Demokracija, August 25 2016, p. 15.
