Always love Con-man's name calling. I won't stoop to his infantile and immature level.

The Revolutionary Guard (Iranian military) was deployed to suppress the protests, and counter-protests were organized. It looks like the protests will temporarily halt.

@Jeff, why should the US provide material support? Iran is in the position it is today because of the last Iranian revolution - which was entirely opposed to the US material support the Shah was receiving.

The US has since 1979 painted Iran as some kind of boogie man because their new regime refused to kneel down a lick the boot of the US of A. So you want to taint this protest with US support?

That would be a great propaganda victory for the Conservatives who currently run the country.

Nevermind the fact that you've no right to interfere in the internal politics of a foreign country. You're not Russia...

My point is that Trump is all bluster with respect to Iran and the protests there. He rather compare button sizes with Kim Jong Un. Pathetic and unstable excuse for a leader.

And so is Kim Jong Un.

Despite his racial and wrong ideas, best leader was Hitler.

At my alternative school we do this thing called the Middle Eastern Debates where we have to study a country and it's leader intensively and then we have a debate between all the powers in the Middle East and the influencers in the Middle East such as Russia and the US. I have picked Iran I am finding this to be a very interesting informative forum thread. Please keep it up :)

I've done a fair bit of research on Iran myself. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.
