The people in Baltimore are going after the ones owning and running the rat infested apartment buildings, however Kushner is fighting like a cornered rat in court to do nothing about his properties for 2 years now. He forced the case from federal to state court to avoid disclosing who his other investors are.

Maybe Kushner is hiding foreign investors? Could the Russians control Trump's son-in-law?

Well I doubt that Trumptoad will.make Baltimore great again for all it's citizens. Increasing inequities in wealth, lack of opportunities in education and employment for the growing numbers at the bottom of society are symptoms and causes of the decline.

I guess Trump has plenty of personal experience with rat infestations in his own properties to know what he's talking about.
