Celebration of America

#1 Post by ND » Fri Jul 05, 2019 12:12 am

Hi everyone! Let's all come together and celebrate the founding of the United States of America. Two hundred and fifty three years ago the founding fathers delcared independence from the tyrant King George. Good riddance.

Since then the United States has led the way in providing civil rights, emancipation, suffrage, and promoting equality of all. Under the US everyone is equal no matter their Creed or gender. All are equal and Justice is blind. We have true freedom.

The United States defeated the evil of communism, socialism, Marxism, and saved Europe twice during the World Wars. We liberated millions from the bondage of communism wen Ronald Regan demanded the wall to come down.

Now, the United States is greater than ever as Mr. President Trump works to repair the damages caused under the previous administration. May God bless the United States, Mr President Trump (as he stands for the bill of rights and the right to life for millions of unborn children) and may God bless you all. Happy birthday America

Do you still say 'Happy Independence Day'?

I know I'm a day late because timezone differences, but I'll be celebrating in my own way by listening to the American anthem, watching some American videomakers and of course buying stuff from McDonalds today to support its business.

I'm really grateful for every positive aspect that US has had over the world, in my country there have been numerous changes and improvements all because of American influence.

Hoping that US will continue with more success and prosperity.

Let's salute the US army, who captured all the airports from the British in 1775. Such foresight.

Absolutely Vapor. I did the same yesterday. I watched the military parade, listened to Mr. Trump, ate some Mcdonalds. it was a great day. Happy Birthday to America.

Dude, take your negative attitude somewhere else. I am blessed to live in the best country in the world and have the best President in America history. America is a power for good.

Just because you are a negative person who hates freedom and people different from you doesn't mean you have to pollute my thread with your toxic attitude. Not everyone is a Marxist cultist like you who hates freedom, rights, liberty, and life.

Go be toxic somewhere else. Thank you.

What a joke.

America doesn't give a shit about freedom or democracy. It only cares about the interests of wealthy Americans and if other people have to die in order to serve those interests, then that's what happens.

Google "Salvador Allende" and we'll continue this discussion after you've done that. The CIA overthrew the democratically elected, legitimate government of Chile and replaced it with a Fascist dictatorship that suppressed democracy and murdered thousands of people. This is verified, settled fact, and only one of dozens of examples.

@ND - Your original post is almost completely fake news. Look it up and you will see that most of your claims of US first are wrong. For example slavery ended in Great Britain over 30 years before the Civil War ended it here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slavery_A ... n_Act_1833

The US entered both World Wars only years after they started when US interests were attacked. In WW I it was US flagged shipping and WW II it was Pearl Harbor and German support for its ally.

As for equal justice in the US, just take a moment and Google prison releases of people held for years on false evidence and see how many minorities make up that number. Money still buys "justice" here as OJ Simpson spent a fortune to be one of the few black people not jailed for murder. The most recent police officer jailed for shooting a person was a black officer shooting a white woman.

As for Trump, they guy is trying to run out the statute of limitations on his crimes. He already got away with helping his father on tax evasion. You notice there is no criminal investigation into all his companies that hired illegal immigrants and some were his personal maids when he stayed at his resorts.

No one claimed that the US was perfect. Yes, the US government has committed crimes and broken international law in the past. I don't dispute that. But if THIS is what you're listing out as examples of the US being "one of the most evil nations on earth" then I'm afraid you are sadly ignorant about the much worse atrocities other countries have committed.

Various countries around the world routinely commit human rights violations. For example, Saudi Arabia stones or beheadd people for minor offenses, Russia makes its political opponents disappear, various african countries occasionally do extrajudicial killings, China has concentration camps for their minority Muslim population, and Canada and the United Kingdom do not give a shit about freedom of assembly and speech (same goes for 90 percent of the world's countries). And I could go on and on about the UK.

"America doesn't give a shit about freedom or democracy."

Bull-fucking-shit. The US has one of the strongest, if not the strongest, traditions of freedoms and humans rights in the world. Don't talk down to us about freedom and democracy when your own government routinely ignores basic human rights, like jailing people for social media posts. What a joke. I can tell just by that quote that you actually barely know a thing about the US.

You can sell your speil to the leftist echo chamber forums you probably traverse but I ain't buying it.

@Jamie: Most major governments have security services like the CIA. The British Government has MI6 and the Soviet’s had the KGB now the FSB. So, yeah, stuff happens. The American government however still isn’t running around doing that kind of stuff and neither is MI6. Sometimes when you want to protect the homeland you have to crack a few eggs. That’s life. Actual fascist or communist countries like China, North Korea, Cuba (the people you idolize) still are doing sick stuff though. Why don't you move to North Korea Jamie so you can live in a communist country and have all your 'rights' and 'freedoms'.

@Randomizer: Okay, the British ended slavery first. That doesn’t negate the fact that the United States did as well. That doesn’t negate the fact that we are the only country on Earth where brother fought brother to end a horrible institution like slavery. Hundreds of thousands of people died liberating enslaved people from bondage in America. We fought a war to liberate people in bondage. We, are to my knowledge, the only country on Earth that fought a a civil war to end chattel slavery. The fact that you are glossing over that makes you sick.

We can debate the US entry into the war all you want. Sure, the US wasn’t immediately involved, but then again the US isn’t located in mainland Europe and thus wasn’t immediately affected by it. Once the US was affected by it we put an end to your European tinpot dictators.

I’m well aware that while ‘justice is blind’ in theory in the United States it is often a theory. Too many people like OJ or Hillary Clinton, et al are saved by the system. Hillary, if she was anyone else, would be in prison for life for what she did. Still, the system works and strives to be blind. Still, you have a jury of your peers. Still, the system works as best it can even if it has flaws. Better than any other nation.

Trump hasn’t committed crimes. In America you are innocent until proven guilty. No charges have been brought against him and he has not been charged with a crime. Mueller investigated him for two years and found nothing. There was no collusion, no Russian interference, none of that. He won fairly and did nothing wrong. Please stop pedaling outlandish and bizarre conspiracy theories; you sound almost as moronic as Jamie.

@Jamie: Tommy Robinson is in prison in the UK for making a facebook post. Don’t lecture me about freedom, and rights, and how perfect the UK is. No one would go to prison in the US for a facebook post. You are a hypocrite and a sicko.

Under Obama and any time before I would have joined you in celebrating the Independence Day, but now it is impossible for me to do so. Today you don't have anyone worth calling President. Today you only have a shithead in office, and I am very saddened about this fact.

@ND: I do not idolize North Korea or China, nor have I ever claimed to.

Tommy Robinson committed contempt of court and made a live broadcast from a court building whilst a high-profile trial was taking place. That is illegal, and for very good reason, because it could jeopardise the integrity of the court proceedings. The fact the broadcast took place on Facebook is irrelevant. For what it's worth Tommy Robinson is a racist, fascist scumbag and it's no surprise you love him.
