Is there the possibility of duel targets? E.G. Spain gets Russia as target, Russia gets Spain as target.
And is there the possibility of dual targets? E.G. Spain gets Russia as target, Ukraine gets Russia as target.

Nope, each nation is being targeted by exactly one other nation

I didn't even realize the game link was up...
there is no reason for blame or anger here... the signups were expressions of interest. The rest of us joined the game as it was formed. Dr. F. didn't know that, so it is ALL cool. In a cool sort of way.
