Forum will be all the communications! It's essentially a public press game, except that the peanut gallery can also send press. Each of the playing individuals will have the option to be the dummy country. Only the arbitrator will know who is the dummy country.
Each player, before the anonymity of the game is defeated, should make a vote trying the figure out who is which country. Including the dummy account. It would be interesting how many of us turned out to be correct!
Also, Does the forum contain all communications? Or can we individually send messages to each of the possibly players, trying to figure out who is who and who is the dummy country?
I had considered a dummy account, having an arbitrator and the like, but I think the way it's planned right now should be fine - the main thing is, I don't want to create extra work for the mod team right now :D
