When I set up a new game it was added to my own games, but none of the people who I wanted to invite could find it. I told them the name and invite code, but they still couldn't find it. What's the trick here?

Best thing to do is to send them the url, or the game id (which is found in the url) via a private message. That is easier than searching for whatever you titled the game as.
