Russia Vs. Bots - Suggestions for 1906

Love the new AI bots, really help a newbie like me practice.

I am stuck on help to repel England. I am not sure if I should let the fleet take St Petersburg and keeping being aggressive in central Europe - or rush an extra army back. I know the bots rarely (never?) help one another. So I can not make a deal with France.
