Move not capturing [Resolved]

I've successfully moved my fleet from Norwegian Sea to Norway and then from Norway to Sweden the following turn; however Norway is not showing up as a supply center I control, what am I missing?

In order to control a center you need to have a unit there at the end of a fall turn. If you move from Norway to Sweden in the spring, without ever being in Norway in the fall, you won't gain Norway as a center. If you pm me the game I can explain further if this doesn't answer your question.
