Hi. I am new to Wepdip, and although I have started a couple of games, and am getting the hang of the order system etc, I still can't work out what all the features are, such as draw proposals, and am unclear on how ratings work, where they are visible. And I am aware of something called ghost rating, but it seems a mystery. Is here a set of rules and processes anywhere on the site I can read? Thanks.
