First and foremost, please don't make any new accounts. Second, whenever you run out of points, you should be able to get them back as your games start to be completed, so just keep with the games you're in to conclusion. Third, for questions like this I recommend asking the mod team at [email protected] where we have a much higher likelihood to see it and respond to it much more quickly.

Hey friend! Don't be sorry for writing about it here. Not at all. These sorts of questions are important, and getting the right answers is equally so. I don't want to put words in TrPrado's mouth, but I believe what he's suggesting is that the [email protected] email address is a quicker and more direct way to get the answers you're looking for. Besides, what if someone else new to the site had the same question? Now they have some answers, too! :)

Thanks for clarifying, Yigg. I apologize if my post came off as meaning questions couldn't be asked here. My intention was that the order in which I mentioned certain details was also the order in which they were important, and Yigg hit the nail on the head with what I meant.
