Changes/Bug Fixes

#1 Post by jmo1121109 » Mon May 28, 2018 5:19 pm

Various members fairly pointed out the anon changes made it harder to see who had orders to perform each turn especially in larger games. So the lock icon now shows for any country who has options that turn. It does NOT change when they enter orders.

A bug preventing the "All countries have entered orders" from showing during builds and retreats has been fixed.

The bug that would not allow retreats during the fall when a country got to 18 centers has also been fixed. (Thanks to Oli on vDip for this code)!!!

Awesome work, jmo. Thank you!

If anyone has issues with the wrong icons appearing in some places, clearing your browser's cache should clear it up.

Nice work but I can again see who entered orders. If I am in the chatbox of a certain country, I can see of all other countries who entered moves and who didn't.

Look right now?

Seems fixed. :) Except that now there is a lock symbol for my own orders in the bottom list of players too when I am in the chatbox of another country.

That'll have to do until we can come up with a cleaner solution. Hopefully it's not too painful.

I'm awarding Mercy and VillageIdiot 500 points apiece for catching this for us, as it would have been a fairly glaring hole in anonymity. Many thanks to both of you (and again to jmo for implementing the functionality and for coming up with a quick fix).

Yeah, you can still see your status at the top, so that should be a usable workaround for now.
