Given how people are reacting to an April Fool's Day Prank, I'm going to say that I'm not clearing my cache, lest the color pink rip my eyes out of my head

I'm really glad the site made this decision. I will also personally add I like that it feels festive going into Easter Sunday with this particular color scheme.

If you squint... instead of pink, the colour scheme becomes a kind of Awesome Crimson. I like it.
