Link to forum profiles

All the old profiles now have a link to the new forum for whoever's profile you're on under the username.
If the player has never accessed the new forum they won't have the link appear because they do not have a profile yet.
Still thinking on how to do the reverse and make a link to the old profiles automatic on the new profiles, but that should be coming sometime soon.
