Something I have learned over the years through my amazing and heroic victories at this game and even in my defeats is that you have to be happy in how you played regardless of win or loss.

Anyway, I would play with Brain or in his game. We Gmed once and he is absolutely great at it. Go for it.

I've updated the score sheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

After my obvscum performance, Brainbomb and TomBomb are now tied in 2nd with an average of 2.5 points per game. I dropped to 4th at 2.33. I need a new scum strategy.
Worcej and me 3/3 😁
Perhaps it needs a separate scum score and a town score?
Do you mean a different number of points awarded for a scum victory vs town victory, or an average number of points while rolling town vs points when rolling scum? The latter would be interesting, but would take more time to make sure it's accurate. I could probably get around to doing that this week or at least this month.

Just verbally attacking me post game to get me to feel like a loser whose only contributions to my team were erased by everything else so I should feel ashamed and horrible to the point that anyone else who was hateful-rude-psychotic is justified.

Odd thing for the gm team to be endorsing.
The GM team has an impartial and omnipotent look at the entire game from start to finish. If there is anyone you should readily accept a criticism from, it’s the GMs. Also, the game is over, so what the GMs endorse or do not approve of no longer matters, and in case you haven’t read the god thread you were being roundly criticized for most of the latter three quarters of the game.

Throughout your posts since mine, you are doing exactly what I find problematic: you are rambling and dramatizing. You’re taking something you think and running with it until you run out of gas. Instead of self-reflecting, you’re whining. Instead of listening, you’re talking. Instead of considering the possibility that you’re wrong, you’re trying to convince yourself that you’re not. You do the same thing in games a lot of the time.

Like I said privately, when you rationalize things, actually think through the possibilities, and dot your I’s and cross your T’s, you do things like nail a N0 read on MoscowFleet without any information or start a wagon on Squigs D1 without any information. When you obsess, tunnel, and spend more time blabbing about things you can’t prove than you do thinking and hunting for clues that you could actually use, you go after your other clears instead of guaranteeing a win in a practically unlosable game by knocking out the unclears and arranging town-led EODs. When you get that way, it makes you a bad player.

Really a bad player? Brainbomb is far from that. He just has some things he can work on, but I understand them rearing their head in this scenario where most of the unclears were definitely a lot more towny than the clears - resulting in a lot of paranoia.

Its very easy to criticize it from the sidelines when you have the answers and youre not going through it yourself. People in a god thread are very far from impartial in such scenario's.

Its understandable to want to criticize it when it affects you. But lets not go so overboard in it?

I have to agree with Vecna in this. The setup and the events make harder to have a solid read on people, so flip-floping was the rule.
There a lot of noise and it's not only brain to blame, I don't want to point fingers, but I have my share on it too.
The thing we need to get from this game, at least to me, is to try to not take things personally and not attack people on a personal level.

Bb usually makes the best posts but it's hard to find, because he also makes a lot of trash post. I want to be mafia with him at least for once.

I am thinking the latter because being scum requires much more individual effort and a different skill set.
