Vecna likes to joke and pick a name from the crowd ala rvs usually, ghug likes to joke and get confused by setup talk, xorxes feels like a very unashamed hard nosed town right now and I dont even think his reads are correct. I believe it goes like this:

When someone kills someone with a stone, the killer gets the stone.

If someone with a stone is lynched, then the SK gets the stone if they are one of the people voting for the lynch, otherwise the stone goes randomly to one of the people voting for the lynch.

Plus, there's also the item Thief.
