##Proposal 4.1.1 - Throw a Festival for Denis the God of Compassion
Ι vote yes, on the grounds that we will benefit from the experience and comes with no cost while the other option is quite costly and offers moral and health which now are at a good level.

##Proposal 4.2.1 - Research Magic
I vote yes on the grounds that we need any help, even magical given the problems we face.

##Proposal 4.3.1 - Opt not to respond to Alithir's letter

I counter-propose this:

## Proposal 4.3.1.1 Delay our response until we have a better understanding on Alithir's position and he's relations with the King.

Atithir is very close with the king. We can't simply ignore him.

Fizz Bang - Hobbit Male. Wizard/Strategist. Fizz Bang is an eccentric Hobbit, known for his sharp intellect (however distracted he might become). He enjoys long nights by a candle (or a light spell) reading his favorite scrolls and books. Once per phase Fizz Bang can come up with an extraordinary plan that just might work, under the right circumstances. (Passive Traits: Positive, improves Morale by +1 by being a silly Hobbit) +0 Atk, -1 Def.

Klik Klik- Kobold Male. Rogue/Information Gatherer. Klik Klik is good at creating traps, opening traps, general lockpicking, and gathering information. While not as well liked as a Kobold, people tend to ignore his presence allowing him to pass unseen. Once per phase Klik Klik can connect two tiles with a tunnel. (Passive Traits: Negative, tunnels can destabilize some tiles) +1 Atk, +1 Def.

##proposition 4.4.0: take in fizz bang and Klik klik as our specialist.

##proposition 4.5.0: use 25% of our faith to make a missionary

#proposition4.2.2: research religion. Along with the missionary I think we can benefit from focusing on religion for a bit, especially with all of this diety favoring us business. I think magic is also a good research option though.

EBWOQ: Split 4.4 into two separate propositions. Fizz Bang and Klik Klik can be hired separately. They do not necessarily come as a package deal.

Uthor Candlestick: Hi!
I am a local halfling. I erm wanted to..

Oh look theres a moth!

*he chases it for a moment*

Okay. I want to talk about the 11 farms taking up most of 14,10
This is good.
All new buildings should be built in between here and narmor. Itll be fully walled and it will make narmor and our colony united as a large community. People of narmor will be able to use our buildings as well.

Win win.

And uhm, I shall now go do some halfling stuff.

Alatera the Red Dragon has freed Rethanin and offers to aid the Colony against her brothers, Agni and Athithir. Please see Avendi and/or Xanthor for more information. There is a chat in Discord called the tomb where this encounter can be found.

@Bo, we still need to choose to either hire Fizz or Klik, so don't say no to both specialist.

@Yulish, for your question to the deity this turn, can you ask if we should trust Alatera. Thats a solid yes or no question. Or maybe does Alatera want what is best for our colony.

Thanks! I'll make it a proposal if that also works and you don't see this? hah

##Proposition 4.8.0: Olebew scouts 13,10. Unless someone has a better option, Olebew is our specialist we have to give him something to do.

Damn, for the worker allocation, we're building a road to Tyson's farm! To clarify.

Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen of the Council of Barons. Some further thoughts on our situation:

Specialist choice
I think we can hardly afford not to take on Uthor Candlestick. We needed the option of a speed builder, which was partly why we were originally pleased to have the Dwarf on the team (before he topped himself), so having that again will be great. Plus, the list of positive passive traits seems pretty brilliant.

##Vote Yea - Proposal 4.7.0

As for Fizz Bang and Klik Klik, I disagree that we have to hire at least one of them. I also don't think we have to fill all our specialist slots (though there doesn't seem to be any reason not to, depending on whether there are downsides to firing a specialist at a later stage if a better one comes along). However, I think that of the two, Klik Klik is the more useful to us. We have plenty of eccentric sidekicks around the place, all of whom come up with some crazy-ass plans now and then. Having lost our hobbit pickpocket, a rogue makes sense as a replacement.

##Vote Nay - Proposal 4.4.0
##Vote Yea - Proposal 4.4.1

Worker allocation
I like Avendi's updated version - is there a formal proposal for this to vote on?

Trusting Alatera
It seems to me that the only one of the three dragon siblings that has actively attacked us so far is Agni. We are in great favour with the King, who may or may not be a puppet of Atithir's - but that means we are already tied up with him. Alatera had the opportunity to kill both Avendi and Xanthor, which would have been a nightmare, but she didn't.

I think we accept the assistance of Alatera - particularly if we can get Yulish to ask the suggested yes/no question of The Triad. And on top of that, I think we should in fact respond to Atithir's letter, telling him everything we know about Agni. In this way, we can keep our options slightly open and make ourselves as aware of what's going on as we can.

##Vote Yea - Proposal 4.6.0

As for the other two proposals, on the missionary and on sending Olebew scouting, I can see no reason not to vote in favour of them.

##Vote Yea - Proposals 4.5.0, 4.8.0

Likewise, I think Klik Klik was a little screwed up by last night's encounter. I'm worried that he won't be the same.

Call to the GM:

I spent the night on my knees praying to the Triad, for an answer to the question:
Can we trust Alatera?
