@BB, if we hire Uthwick can he complete a building this phase? Also if he were to be set to build a road would he complete half of it or the whole thing?

#proposition4.2.2: research religion. Along with the missionary I think we can benefit from focusing on religion for a bit, especially with all of this diety favoring us business. I think magic is also a good research option though.



Prop 4.6.0: Tell Atithir everything we know about his brother.

Prop 4.7.0: Hire Uthor Candlestick as a specialist and attempt to find more weldweed.


##Proposition 4.8.0: Olebew scouts 13,10. Unless someone has a better option, Olebew is our specialist we have to give him something to do.

Halflings:
50/85 50 Halflings complete phase 2 of the 1st part of the wall in 13,9
85/85 35 Halflings work on phase 1 of the 2nd part of the wall in addition to 15 dwarven prisoners in 13,10
95/95 10 Halflings work on road with humans to Tysons Farm
Humans:
30/95 30 Humans will build a road using 1 stone to Tysons Farm
60/95 30 Humans will build an Inn using 2 wood, 1 stone and 1000 Gold
65/95 5 Humans will use the new fishing boats to fish in 14,9 
95/95 30 humans go to hunting in 15,9
Half-Orcs:
10/95 10 Half-Orc to protect Tysons farm again
60/95 50 Half-Orcs hunt in tile 14,11
70/95 10 Half-Orcs build road with humans and halflings to Tysons Farm
95/95 25 Half-Orcs go with Avendi to put down the giant threat

Travel is harder, movement takes twice as much unless below ground. Migratory animals are lessened from a variety of factors. Travel to the capital is impassable by land. 36 inches of snow fell east of Skaramore along the fringes of Rodoripol. The marsh is fully frozen over and can be walked across on foot. Fishing is boosted at this time. Farming is impossible. Doves may travel 3 tiles max in these conditions.
