It's Chess, but you can make any move, for either side, illegal or not. Anyone up for it?
obligatory google en passant

Surely therefore White's first move is to capture Black's king?
Game ends.

Ah, but before the clean-up phase is finished Black activates "Disrobe the King", which allows the King to survive this first blow and instead take the "Naked and Afraid" effect, which causes the Bishops to avert their gaze.

Unfortunately, do to the move "exf2 en passant," implying pawn revolution, the bishops have also been disrobed, on both sides. There are now 8 white kings and 8 black kings, and the formerly high ranking pieces are all executed.

I'd like to call an arbiter for an illegal application of the rules (moves can be illegal, but rules are rules). Kwatserwitz doesn't apply, since the shingles on my roof are not made of discard train coal.

As an arbiter, I can confirm that Kwatserwitzing is legal because the bishops have been disrobed:

Also, it's my turn again because Kwatsertwiz grants an extra turn if the number of white kings is either equal to or exactly 3 less than the number of black kings

but... they were disrobed after the illegal ruling... ah, nevermind. I'm in it for the long haul anyway.
I activate the spell card, Pot Of Greed, which allows me to draw
2 extra cards. I then perform the ritual summon Knife F5, aiming the summoned shiv at the kings. I set 1, then pass to white.

I perform a diceroll, as is my right on every fifth turn, to dictate the outcome of the next turn. For those unfamiliar with the dice roll edict...
1. Board remains exactly the same, resulting in the roller losing a turn
2. The side that rolls the dice can follow with two additional and immediate moves, dice rolls are illegal on these following moves
3. The players must play rock, paper, scissors to decide on the outcome of the game
4. The players are given lessons on wood carving from world renowned wood carver, "Carver Carvington IV," the players will have 6 hours following these lessons to create new pieces for their board, if the players are playing chaos chess patch version 2.12, the cthulu carving has been banned, following Chester Chessmanington's win in the 2019 chaos chess world championship.
5. players become 2 dimensional
6. The players are both gifted golden boxing gloves, the players have 30 minutes to pawn these gloves for as much money as possible. Whichever player is able to make the most money will be able to bribe the refs to allow for an immediate disqualification of the opposite player. However, one must take into account the ability for the opposing team to convince the ref to choose their side despite lesser funds. This dice roll can often lead to the players having to meet at a high school debate tournament, and having the local debate coach appoint a score for each team. These results will be brough to the ref, but for every $100 raised for the golden gloves 1 point is added to the score. The ref, of course, can also choose to completely ignore the resulting scores.

Bishop to Rome, promote to Pope, a piece that acts like a queen, is always capable of capturing bishops, and acts as a second king
