What do we do if the game doesn't fly?

If there aren't anymore signups as we close in on the deadline, I will cut the setup as needed.

I propose you cut, by which I mean totally remove, the "badges" idea.

It's broken, destabilising, throwy, and just a fucking awful idea.

But the badges are amazing.

The following changes are being enacted. (In patchnote format)

NO LONGER A GHOSTWRITER: Co-GM for M35 is Tom Bomb. Sorry I forgot to state that Tom >_<

WHOSE NAME IS IT ANYWAY?: Due to repeated stated concerns that I don’t know how to run a Mafia game, the NAMETAG concept is therefore REMOVED.

THE CHEWBACCA DEFENSE: Becuase the flavor makes no damn sense without name tags, the Class Reunion has somehow gone off without a hitch. However, there is now a plot being uncovered at the Badkin-Robbins down the road. M35 flavor has changed from ‘WebDip Class Reunion’ to ‘The Sherbert Conspiracy’

NO NEED FOR THAT MANY VISITS NOW: The TRANSPORTER has been remvoved and replaced by VANILLA TOWN.

/AFK 72 HOURS: The KIDNAPPER has been removed, and replaced by VANILLA MAFIA.

LIKE THEY EVER GAVE STUFF TO TOWN ANYWAY: The INVENTOR has been removed and replaced by VANILLA TOWN.

5D CHESS AGAINST PEOPLE PLAYING 1D CHUTES AND LADDERS: The FABRICATOR has been removed and replaced by VANILLA MAFIA.

UH, WHAT ABOUT DAY 1?:The ILLUSIONIST will be afforded a chance at a NIGHT 0 GLAMMOUR before the start of the game by PM.

FUN FOR ALL SIZES: For games under 21 players, Players will be removed in a way that will increase the mafia share of the pool until they are 25% of the pool, then remove a mafia member. (The order of removal is VT, VM, VT, VT, VT, VM)





These changes will be reflected in the google doc within the next 24 hours. I hope these changes will assuage the fears of any participants’ concerns of leaving the charted space of normal mafia.
