I don't really see how you could take Balki retracting as anything other than a retraction of his cc, and I also don't really see why Balki would make a gamethrowing move to concede as scum and then decide not to concede afterward either, so I think he's pretty safely town at this point

1) I think he would have been more active if his team was struggling.

That I, as scum, would softclaim Priest the night where I shot randomly in the unclears instead of the outed PR's (when for all I know in this scenario, Vecna could've been the Priest)... Would then hardclaim for no reason at the day start whilst the town had 4 miskills... And amongst it all would mainly use my claim just to start a massive argument with multiple strong-willed townies, then I don't really know what else to say...
