The OP erroneously suggests that Roleblockers cannot Cancel Jailers in any circumstance. The intended resolution—which, if either of these roles is in the game, has been followed thus far—is that Roleblockers can Cancel Jailers. The OP correctly indicates that Jailers trump Roleblockers when they target each other or a mutual target but incorrectly implied that a Jailer “goes first” in a manner that renders it immune to the Roleblocker completely.

Also, if he were mean, I’d tell his mom. Then she’d laugh and say “good!” But I do now feel bad for the times I was babysitting and convinced him it was after his bedtime by setting the microwave to 8 minutes and 3 seconds. And sending him to bed 2 hours early so I could do homework and watch TV.

But aarodactyl is right I just f’d up. And it’s the second PR I’ve done it in 3 games...so that’s fun. Considering all I had to do with the other one was shut up and get miskilled...this is I guess an improvement.
