Regardless of the probability that Pouncy saved herself, why would the mafia NK Pouncy and RB ghug? I think it more likely they used the RB on Pouncy or did not use the RB so that ghug could claim the RB.

This is such a weird statement.

Brain claims several times per game. You can usually tell they're real if they come from a place of legitimate stress and make no sense strategically.. In general I find them to be a net negative, as the reactions they draw do more to root out PRs, so I prefer not to engage with them.

In this case, I think Ezio's reaction does point to his being town, as does his confidence in something that isn't true (that I'm faking the roleblock).

@Brain, what did you think of me correcting you on the setup during the night? Why did you pick Ezio for this claim?

You're correct in that I ignored the possibility of scum holstering the roleblock because it makes no sense to do so in this game and is literally never better than roleblocking the person being nk'd so I didn't feel the need to include that in my calculations. Even if you think there's a real chance the mafia holster their rb, that just makes the odds Ghug is telling the truth even lower.

brainbomb had already fake claimed doc, so its seems ghug is saying he is inclined to believe brainbomb's cop claim because he does not usually fake claim more than once.

@Bozo, brain fakeclaims a lot. Those statements were both largely rhetorical. What's your point? If you think brain and I are scum together, why aren't you aware that I'm pushing up lynch him? If you're watching my words this closely, how did you miss that I told everyone to ignore his claim and persisted in voting for him?

page 6 That mostly makes sense, but Thane could have forgotten the game started as town or as scum. And if he had forgotten as scum, then the mafia would essentially not have had a pregame chat.

This tells me that if the mafia employed the strategy you're suggesting, then Thane is almost certainly town, and if Thane is scum, the other person could be doing literally anything. But I don't actually know what to do with that because we don't currently know if the mafia did employ that without any flip info. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
