a)Viirus is working with town on Neb and they decided to not kill;
b)Scum roleblocked the virus.

There is a convoluted other possibility where Virus isn't working with Neb and tried to kill someone who was redpilled. But I don't think this is possible considering the other nights kills and Damo's comments.
