The reason I questioned Bunny on Balki earlier was because I felt like he was being somewhat obsequious to Balki (around page 7). It turns out that WebDip Mafia has incredibly weak, basically non-existent protections for due process and rights of the accused. Legal rules that might require accusers to respond to defendant motions/attestations are similarly thin. Anyway, I find "I said a thing, why didn't you specifically reply" as a defense to be very weak in general. I'd rather you just repeat your defense.
