I don't like that he's positioned himself in very ambiguous slots on all the wagons so far. Perfectly safe, middle-of-the-herd places that could go a very long time before we have enough information about the composition of those wagons to be able use that information to sort him. It seems deliberate, and it's something that would appeal to scum.

Others have pointed out that he's pushy but not solvy. BunnyGo, I think, pointed out that he's been very hedgy and hasn't taken strong positions on nearly anything.

Re your first point: Flum has ended each day on the same wagon as Balki, and Bunny also did except for day 2 which was hammered. Night 3 you said Flum and Bunny are in your townreads. Can you explain why you think Balki's votes seem scummier than theirs?

Tunneling, probably. But I'm also scumreading Balki for a lot of circumstantial/speculative/gut-feeling reasons, whereas my circumstantial/speculative/gut-feeling reactions to Bunny and Flum are much more positive.

I think I'm tunneling too. I *really* hate that I fell into that trap again.

OK, I want a better EMC voter (or EMC) wagon. The rdr one is shite. Offer me another and I'll think really hard about saving my Balki vote for yet another day as some suggested.

Meh. In your own words he's an inconsistent town. His reasoning was basically "I'm scared of Balki". The reasoning sucks, mine is MUCH better why to vote for you.

But if EOD is what matters, his whole goal was to "keep things close" and then tried late movement to EMC. I didn't like that.

Could be, and it's good to have a broad focus. But "not receiving attention" isn't a scumtell. Why do you think Jamiet needs more attention? His Day 3 vote is a good start.

Not just his final vote. ALL his day 3 votes were just to "make things close". They are intentionally keeping us from getting intel from him, but then at the last moment allow him to make momentum to EMC (OR...if EMC was going to win, allow him to be on the counter wagon). It was bad all around, and had bad comments at every point going with it.

I sort of filed her away in my mind as Townish early on, and I haven’t spent much time trying to challenge that. I’ve just generally felt: “better not let her escape scrutiny.”

I think she is picking some fights, but she’s not picking them with me. She makes some insightful comments and asks good questions, but that — I can’t stress this enough — is not a towntell. Often scum (who actually know all the answers) come across as more coherent.

I need to look at her ISO again. She might be scum.

I'm curious about your rankings of scummiest to least scummy of the 7 players:

EMC, Damo, rdr, Jamie, kgray, Fox, Chaq.

I'm basing mine largely on Day 3, but other impressions as well. There's at least 1 scum here, and possibly 2 (especially if we include the traitor)

My list is currently:

Scummiest EMC > kgray > Fox > Chaq > Jamie > Damo > rdr Least Scummy (the Fox to Damo range is pretty close)

I am not picking fights with anyone, I am trying to solve this puzzle. I haven't had many questions for you recently because you've been spending so much of your energy focusing on Fox, and that situation has become distracting and, I think, not helpful. I think it would be really helpful for everyone if you looked somewhere else for a while, so please do review at my ISO.

I still don't understand why those arguments don't apply to most of the EMC wagon; especially subtle ones like Damo using words only to influence it so he doesn't show up as moving a vote around; Jamie doing the "close vote" stuff just like Fox; EMC potentially bussing AND having scum v scum fight where it's free; Chaq moving at the very last minute to make things close again.
