If your save action was successfully completed (ie, target was not commuted and you were roleblocked), you would be told your save action was successfully completed.

If your target was hit by a nightkill action, was not protected by a vest but is still alive, you would receive the response "...and you are personally convinced that it is through your skill alone that he is still alive."

CONCLUSION: Based on the actual text of the EoN2 message I received, and these GM clarifications, I can conclude that Dargorygel was subject to only ONE attack on N2. Note that had this been a Reaver attack, I would *think* that I saved him from it whether I did or not.

I thought it was odd of Gold to say that as first thing after ItsHosuke had DIED. As if he was bussing his team mate Worcej because he knows Worcej is not BH and hoped to get some town cred if Worcej died first.
