If Item Smith tries to deliver item to NK, what happens to the item?

If the Item Smith delivers item to NK and janitor goes to clean up body after this (in order of operations) does Item Smith learn who the person was too?

What about item thief? If NK has an item, does the killer get it or the item thief? Will the thief learn the identity by showing up before janitor?

If NK gets healed by doctor, does the NK lose their items? Does the doctor get them as payment?

When I was reading the roles before the game I got the (possibly false) impression that Mafia would be mostly striking by night and trying to hide during the day, while the Serial Killer would be trying to push and control the lynch as his primary weapon, especially before he gets the Soul Stone from Gamora.

Is this wrong, or at least not how it's been played in previous games?

Is that a reason to look for different behavior from Mafia-scum and SK-scum, and if so what would ping differently?

If you will all be a chatty lot while I'm on Australian timezone, it takes a little while for me to catch up and suggest useful conclusions but I am back on station and have a few things I want to say once they're properly researched and parsed.

Why would it be? I haven't reviewed the wagons extensively, but my impression was ND was a policy option and the brouhaha was related to fear of the SK's ability to manipulate the vote if the wagons were too close. People moved onto ND more than they moved off bozo; ND was not protected by scum. If anything it looks like TvT with SK fearmongering. I haven't read ND's replacement but the EOD activity suggests the slot is more likely town.

Take your time, but I am on Brasil timezone (GMT - 3). And more active during the day, specially this week when I have to wait for long data extraction scripts to run so I can test them. A really boring task.
