Can you confirm that the "thumbs down" ability only works if the target is a *wagon*, correct? So the judge cannot kill someone using this power, if there are no votes on that person at EOD?

It occurs to me that we could go through SEVEN (7) days without a normal plurality-controlled lynch. The VTs are super weak in this setup. The PRs can influence the lynches a huge amount.

This does not match what it says in the Role PM:

"Once per game, the Emperor may be vengeful and choose to give a ‘Thumbs Down’ to any wagon besides the leading wagon. That wagon will be lynched instead of the leading wagon. "

It says "any wagon" not "the second place wagon".

Can you confirm which is correct?
