Generally, the Mafia strongarm power means that the Mafia can force the NK despite the Doc Save (or other powers that prevent the NK?).

Stupid question - I added a bookmark and subscribed to the hidden topic. Should that mean it will return to my front page (I don't see it)? Or will bookmarking/subscribing not work for these hidden topics?
