No it doesn't. Your thing was all within the bounds of the game, and Pms the Gms wrote and sent to you personally. This suggests outside communication beyond the Gms purview.

(1) Why would rdrivera try to help protect my identity if he were scum. If rdrivera were scum, he would have tried to get me lynched or he would have NKed me the night before.

(2) I do agree that Nephthys COULD be scum. But he also could be a VT who fake claimed to throw off scum. I think we have to wait and see (a) whether scum try to NK me tonight and (b) who claims what tomorrow.

(3) Either way, the real Judge should be able to prove himself tomorrow and we can sort this out, unless the Blind Assassin uses the car bomb or Mafia correctly guesses the identity of the Innocent Child and uses the Role Block on her.

When you use the hooker on the innocent child it triggers a hidden mechanism that moves them to the not innocent side.
