Mafia 46 - Ace Attorney - GAME THREAD

Going through my list of every remaining player, the only one I currently feel comfortable calling mafia is teacon. Everyone else is on a scale from 'don't know or feel qualified to tell' to 'fairly confident is town'.
At the top of that list would be You, Chippe, Squigs, and ND.
I get a good impression from damo, et, and Durga.

What is the basis for your good impression of Damo?

This has forced me to reread damo's posts. Very glad he hasn't posted too much.
That good impression has been downgraded somewhat. I got the impression that he was being honest and up-front, but now I'm not sure where I was getting that from. I think his attempt and justification of ending the day was odd. Going back to a 'don't feel qualified'.

In my thought, you say some players voted teacon, and just followed that.

Well I'm hoping they didn't see through the bluffs, but just in case, my full scumteam that I most recently posted still makes sense to me, so look at teacon and damo next. Durga and Rdrivera asking about the RB got me thinking about Percy again, so look at him again as well. Although, wifom comes into play there. And keep posting so we can break that record!

Just done a quick skim of ND and I'm torn.

N1 he comes in hot over Carl. This was reasonably before EON and so I wonder whether scum would push Carl that much knowing he was going to die?

If taken is NAI I would put ND as town probs

I think he is scum. He is choosing carefully his fights and avoiding being into the chopping block. Not my stronger scumlean but definitely in my scumteam.

Ok, I don't ́t like readlists early because it's usually just null and weak justifications. But considering I am probably going to be the next corpse I think I should give my last words/reads.

TLDR: Lynch Fox or Damo tomorrow and follow Durga.

Town:

Durga - Durga is 99.99% confirmed town, the 0.01% possibility isn't even worth discussing, so follow her lead.

Nepthys - Town unless some weird thing with Balki, which is really, really unlikely..

Squigs - Even with some roleblock shenanigans I think Squigs is solid town, his actions and the way he played indicate town. And I am usually good at reading him, catch him twice as scum.

Balki - Balki is as town as the BA can be. Keep him alive until mylo, then lynch him (sorry Balki).

Chippe- Chippe is on my town list since start. I don't ́t believe scum would play the way he is playing. Need a sense of humour and understanding that bad/illogical play is usually more towny then scummy. If He is scum he deserves to win.

Probably Town


Percy - I had Percy as a possible scum, but on a re-read he look more towny. His PR shenanigans look more towny as scummy as scum don't ́need to discuss that on the main thread, they could do on QT and they have a Secretary. I weirdly believe on Xorxes when he said he isn't a busser too, but I know it ́s a weak reasoning.

Null:

Perlund - Moscow was a null and Peter isn't improving it much. Gave an interesting view on Prado scanning Squigs on N1 that it's interesting and show some effort, the more towny thing he did. His insistence in policy voting Chippe and then sheeping my vote into Teacon and not into Xorxes is a bit weird, but NAI. Overall I have a slight town feeling about him, but won't include it on my town list because the little content provided yet.

Might be scum, need to find which one:

Connor - Can't read much into this guy. I find his D1 pretty decent. A push into Teacon with a reasonable argument, interacting with Durga, interacting with Bozo in a towny way. Then he sheeped Chippe into Bozo at EOD which is scummy to me. Anchored a vote on ET on D2 that could be very townie if et is scum. But his D3 is really poor. Said the game is exhausting him (really!!), give some obvious reads and voted Teacon. I would say that there is probably one scum between him, et and Teacon, just don't know which one.

Et - I have him on the town list, but I decided to move down because on a re-read he seems to only be triggered when pushed (either by the Judge or by ND) and reactiveness is usually more scummy then towny. If I am wrong on ND he might be scum.

Teacon - I thought Teacon was scum. Not just for the lurking thing (he said before the game he will be travelling and with less time). The fact his wagon get votes from Damo and Fox in D3 put some doubts in my mind. He can still be scum, especially if I am wrong about one of Fox/Damo.

Flavius - I had Flavius in almost any list during the game (scum, town, null, weird) so it's hard to read him. The car bomb thing lose a lot of his appeal with Xorxes being secretary. I am pretty sure Xorxes catch something on Dargo ́s posts and asked for the mafia assassin to send the bomb (really want to read the Maf QT) to him. I don't like the way he buddies Chippe and Sguigs on D1, its scum 101. But his reactions on my claim and Balki’s claim really look townie, it’s the kind of emotion and cluelessness that I find really fake as scum without looking forced. So, he is the weakest read of this bunch of maybe scum.

Scumbos:

Foxcastle - I am pretty sure Fox is scum and probably a good lynch for next day. Town Fox is usually a vocal and solid player that pushes cashes and in this game he is just coasting and throwing shadow, instead of building cases. I had this feeling since D1 and just can ́t find anything on him to change my mind, even making an effort to try to get out of this tunnel.

Damo - Pretty sure Damo is scum. His behaviour (timid and less confrontational) isn´t what I remember from town Damo, that usually tunnels and pick fights very easily. His voting pattern (Bozo, EP and Teacon) is scummy as it can be and his lack of strong pushes are completely against his town meta. Another good target for the lynch tomorrow.

ND - Our dear friend ND is choosing carefully his fights, doing pushes that doesn't really stand and avoiding being in the chopping block. This isn't ́t usually how ND operates and I don't see any real effort in his cases, he looks more interested in showing “look, I am here building cases” then in really solving the game. This is my weak scumread read of the three, so I think he is not the best lynch for tomorrow.
