Phase 8:
Rule: You can only vote for a person in the democracy if you have been in a coalition they created in an earlier phase.

The “Gamble” Coalition: This coalition has a normal leader and anyone can join it. Each player in a gamble coalition where n is even gains 8 points, while players in a gamble coalition where n is odd gain 2 point.

The “Double Gamble” Coalition: This coalition has a normal leader and anyone can join it. Each player in a gamble coalition where n is divisible by 3 gains 12 points, while players in gamble coalition not divisible by 3 gain 0 points.

The “Democracy” Coalition. This coalition does not initially have a leader, but one will be elected. No player may create a democracy coalition. Any player may join the democracy by PMing the GM ##Join Democracy Vote [player]. If a join command is not accompanied with a vote, the join command will not be valid. A player may not vote for himself. The member of the democracy coalition with the most votes will gain 10 points. If the player with the most votes is not part of the coalition, it goes to the next highest vote getter that is in the coalition. Any player that voted for that member will gain 5 points. All other members will gain 2 points. If there were no votes cast for any member of the democracy, all members of the democracy will get 2 points.

This is the final round. Coalitions may be created until 12/31/18 5pm EST. Game will end on 1/1/18 5 pm EST.

I really want to be in double-gamble but you must prove me it won't be screwed.

I'd join a Gamble, but never a Double.
