Hamilton off the cuff seems to be more town than scum, off of meta that he's more timid and agreeable as scum.
I'm under the impression that Hamilton has played an entire one game before this one, so please enlighten me about your strong meta reads.
The game was rerolled, he was scum the first time around and town the second. It's admittedly on the weaker side which is why it's not a strong read, not sure why you think it's a "strong meta read"? :D

That's why I was trying to be cryptic. I'm not inherently scummy, but it's very anti-VT
I guess I don't understand why you would have to be cryptic here. If you think it is scummy why would you be coy about it. We are trying to catch scum. I don't understand.
Because Damo is probably scum or PR.
Huh. This seems a first, rdr brazenly calling damo scum or PR so quickly, what pings you?

bo hasn't tryharded with three posts, one of which is a six paragraph submeta analysis on why half the playerbase is incompetent and the other few scum (yet), so tiny town points to him as well.

I have found that voting for emc D1 is scum indicative.

##VOTE BunnyGo
Just wondering, is this being skewed from including that game where I got bussed to death? Wonderin' how you're factoring that in, or if it comes with disregard for my alignment
I think it is true regardless of your alignment.

Aren't there 5 scum? Is this a scumslip?
The rules say 4 agents...and why would that be a scumslip?
Setup:
23 players

14 Town
1 2-Shot Oracle Mason
1 Protector Mason
1 Chosen One
13 Vanilla Town
1 Chosen One Miller

4 Agents
1 Encryptor
1 Turncoat
1 Security Agent
2 Goon

1 Third Party
Rogue Virus

Clearly Flum can't math right, because both town and agent sums are off. But there are 5 agents.

5 agents - subtract yourself - 4 agents. Plausible scumslip.
I really don't like that people immediately came to your defense to deflect my point into a joke.
It seems more likely to be a town slip to me, since the part of the setup you quoted incorrectly states there are only 4 agents instead of 5.

Haven't you read what Demon said? And I had the same feeling when I read Damo post: no vanilla town who had received a PM saying he have the most important role will interpret Ghug reference as the chosen one.

Looking at this again, what you wrote could be a potential scum slip, since you copied part of the setup that says there are 4 agents and then stated there are 5 agents without pointing out the mistake in what you copied.

So ghug and RHK probably either caught a scum or exposed a PR.

I see that you did point out that there was an error in the setup, but it is still odd that you did not assume this error was the source of BunnyGo saying there were 4 agents instead of suggesting the possibility that there were 4 agents besides himself.

If only you knew the tremendous lack of respect ghug has for ND you would realize how hilarious this is.
I honestly don't think he could have made a more offensive comparison.
This is hilarious. If anything, ghug so far seems as if Durga aggressively hatescrewed ND and then ND gave birth to a gremlin child.
I am not Durga's child please stop this.

I'm scumhunting as best I can and it seemed plausible, since he claimed to have spent a lot of time reviewing the setup earlier on. Someone who took the time to know the finer details of the mechanics would surely know how many scum are in the game without relying on the GM post, was my reasoning. But as it ended up I just got him to townslip, so mission accomplished regardless. We have a weak alignment lean on a player. Not much more you can really do on D1.

I don't see many other people doing much other than sifting through the results of my efforts and claiming that as contribution.

Yes, or did you not read my posts processing the logic of the townslip in the midst of you berating me?

Heaven forbid I change my mind after multiple people tell me I'm wrong and to think harder about it; meanwhile zero people agree with me (not that many offered an opinion).

##GM note
I can't edit and I can't math
Sorry for confusion. Ignore the count of town/scum. The role list is accurate.
Townies have to kill 5 scum to win, not 4

From reading post 2, it is easy to see why a town may have thought there are only 4 mafia. Why were you so sure there are 5 mafia?

So we're discussing whether the best strategy for Town is to ally with the Virus, help them to win, whilst also using the Virus to take shots at scum?

Sounds interesting.
Yes, that is the idea. Town doesn't care if / when Virus attains their win conditions, as long as Virus helps Town get Scum significantly lower than the current 5...
How did you know there were 5 mafia?
