Yeah, maybe not, but two NMRs in the same turn is pretty bad in 1902. I wouldn't have voted cancel if the players most impacted by it weren't for it.

agreed. slight differences to the game, but with the way everyone else in the east moved i think the ultimate outcoem wouldve been the same
