Intimate Diplomacy Variant?

Is there anywhere online where I can play the Intimate (2-player) variant of Diplomacy? I still have yet to try it.

Also, for those who have played it, what are some strategies for each country? Does every county have a fair chance of winning against every other country?

I'm referring to the variant with the bidding and the mercenaries. That's not on here.
