I'm wondering whether the 1v1 games also create a false sense of actually playing Diplomacy in one's profile record, as there is no actual diplomacy involved in the game play. One could artificially inflate their "win" record. At a minimum, 1v1 games should on be incorporated into a players overall record.

All punishments aren't equal because not all infractions are equal. There are also some users who refuse to promise to try to follow the rules.

To be fair, "a safe space for white supremacists" and "physical violence against racists" are not the only two options.

We just lack players. I came back after a very long absence and it was really hard to start a game. It wasn't the case back then.

I believe all these new variants are killing the community. When you can play 1vs1, Diplomacy is just a tactics game. What's the fun in it?

P.S. What CAN change is mod/admin attention to their requests. I am a donator, asked a couple of weeks ago to update the color of my profile on the forum to match it, and nothing happened.
