Calling All Nerds!!!

The Council of Endeavor3 Needs You!!

Currently, we are but 8 humble Councilors seeking to establish a colony on the distant planet of Endeavor3 in the Groombridge Star System. We are seeking new council members to help us charter legislation, govern our populace, and better our world.

Though we have only been on Endeavor3 for 3 phases, we have already dealt with sabotage from our parent company, integrated with ancient alien lifeforms, and avoided destruction at the hands of a rogue OS. Come join the fun!

This is a Sci-Fi based colony-building simulation. Each phase we charter legislation to deal with crisis, go on missions, and expand our colony. To learn more and get involved, visit the link below. You don't need to read the entire thread. We can get you up to speed easily!

Ι found it very interesting, I started reading to get the feeling of how it works. So if there's room and you want me I'd like to join the colony.

Yeah definitely! There's no limit on the number that can sign up. It's a groupthink project, so the more the better!

1. Truss - (Alien, Golovian) (Description, a very large big bellied, male?)
(Entertainer) 1 Health 2 Atk. Truss can spend a phase entertaining locals and thereby boosting morale +1. This may be done as many times as they want. Passive Ability: (Negative), Truss is a larger Golovian, an alien race known for its good natured attitude, and massive appetite. As a result, occasionally (10% chance), Golovians will -1 food, and go on a ridiculous eating frenzy. This can be prevented by placing him in the brig.

(Already taken) 2. Lazlo - (Humanoid, Ynbar) (Slavic descent, Male)
(Mechanic) 2 Health 2 Atk. Lazlo is a skilled Mechanic. Twice per phase he may repair or restore 1 point back to something broken. For example if a Harvester is damaged, Lazlo may fix the Harvester and also begin repairs on something else. Passive Ability: (Positive) Lazlo owns his own Harvester, which allows the colony to begin with one. His Harvester counts as an advanced one which gathers +2 Food, +2 Fuel, or +2 Luxury.

(Deceased :() 3. Tierney - (Humanoid, Ynbar) (Hungarian, Female)
(Doctor) 4 Health 0 Atk. Tierney is a Cardiologist. Once per phase she may fully heal any injured NPC or Player Character. Passive Ability: (Negative) Tierney is in excellent health, but is also unable to walk. She must use a hover wheelchair and is not a suitable away team member. As a result the majority of her usage is spent within the colony.

(Already taken) 4. Jaromir - (Humanoid, YnBar) (Serbian, Male)
(Pilot) 2 Health, 3 Atk. Jaromir is great great grandson of the famous Branimir, a famous pilot of Ynbar. Once per phase, Jaromir can Pilot a fighter, a vehicle, or a larger spacecraft and it will recieve a +1 bonus to its attacks and its defense. Passive Ability: (Positive) Jaromir has his own Python fighter craft.

5. Oceana - (Android, Artificial Intelligence) (Female)
(System Analyst) 3 Health 1 Atk. Oceana is a Linguist, and a Security Cyber specialist. Once per Phase Oceana may attempt to infiltrate any Operating System in range. Be advised unauthorized access can have severe consequences. Ocean can spend the phase protecting your Operating system instead giving it protection against infiltration up to Level II protocol. Passive Ability: (Negative) Oceana is highly susceptible to EMP and can be destroyed by energy weapons.

(Already taken) 6. Pakhwa - (Humanoid, Navajo, YnBar) (Male)
(Politician of Navajo Nation, Presidential Candidate of New Colony) 2 Health, 2 Atk. Pakhwa has the support of the people. If selected as a character, he functions as a Tier II Presidential Candidate. Pakwha is beloved by colonists, and may choose to give an inspirational speech once per phase as an action. If he delivers a speech to the people, (roll a six sided dice, on a 5 or 6 the speech gains the colony +1 morale) Passive Abilities: (Positive) Pakhwa if elected as President provides the colony +1 food per phase, and +1 credits.

(Already taken) 7. Uriah - (Humanoid, Congo, Ynbar) (Male)
(Geneticist) Uriah is a Scientist. His specialty is Genetics, Alien Genetics, and Cellular Studies. Once per phase Uriah may rush a science to its completion. Passive Ability: (Negative) has an NPC companion, Skirks, aka “the experiment”, a genetically modified Squirrel which can talk is known to cause mischief.
Refer to this chart for Uriah Tech Rushing
Level 1 Techs - Uriah can rush and they will be researched at the end of a phase in addition to the regular research.
Level 2 Techs - Can rush and will be completed in 1.5 phases instead of standard 2.
Level 3 Techs - Can rush and will be completed in 2 phases instead of 3.

8. Paz - (Humanoid, YnBar Israeli) (Male)
(Mercenery) Health 4 Atk 6. Paz is a Gun Specialist and Soldier. His service with Mossad is known. Once per phase, Paz can use a personal cloaking device to go invisible and act as personal security. Passive Ability: (Positive) Is a beloved hero of Ynbar for restoring order after a recent uprising. As long as he is at the colony, he can prevent the game from ending due to 0 morale.

9. Nicholai - (Humanoid, Ynbar, Russian) (Male)
(Politician) Health 1, Atk 1. Nicholai is a candidate for President. He has served in YnBar Congress for 16 years. Once per phase Nicholai may remove a corruption from the colony. Passive Ability: (Positive) If Elected as President, Nicholai provides a commercial bonus of +1 credits per phase to the colony.

10. Plotnik (Humanoid, Ynbar)
(Master Builder) Health 2, Atk 2. Plotnik is an Engineer, Architect and Builder. Once per phase Plotnik can rush the construction of any structure, and it will be completed immediately. (Exception: wonders). Passive Ability: (Negative) -1 Morale each time his ability is used due to overworked laborers.

11. Sway (Energy Based being)
(Protector) Health 26 Atk 0. Sway has no physical body. Sway appears as a tiny dot of light or darkness, which can talk, and can enter into the computer and share its thoughts in the form of text. They float, and move around among the colony quickly and can act as surveillance as well. Sway has taken a liking to the colonists, and enjoys a symbiotic relationship with them. Once per phase, Sway may turn themself into an energy shield which can boost a ship, or act as personal defense shield. Sways health points cannot be restored other than by Dilithium Crystal absorption. Passive Ability: (Negative) EMP weapons can destroy or severely injure Sway.

12. Dantzler (Humanoid) (German)
(Journalist) Health 1, Atk 1. Dantzler is a writer and reporter. Once per phase Dantlzer may submit an article to local news. Roll a dice, on a 4-6, the colony will gain +1 Morale. On a 1-3 the colony will lose 1 morale. Passive Ability: (Positive) Dantzler can understand almost all languages encountered at a 89% success rate.

13. Dimas (Humanoid, Male) (YnBar)
(Professional Burglar) Health 1 Atk 2. A convicted felon. Serial thief and pickpocket. Wanted in multiple systems. Was pardoned after his role in bringing down a Russian Cartel operating out of YnBar. Once per phase Dimas may attempt to Hijack a vehicle 65% chance, pick a pocket 88% chance, break into a secured area or locked door 78% chance or pass without a trace 88% chance. Passive Ability (Negative): His reputation as a former criminal adds +1 corruption to the colony.

(Already taken) 14. Hana (Humanoid, Female) (Czech, YnBar)
(Counselor) Health 2 Atk 1. A psychiatrist. Once per phase Hana may temporarily remove any negative psychological trait from a character, or may temporarily convert a negative passive ability into a positive. Passive Trait: (positive) Any away team or mission which Hana is involved in receives a 10% better chance of suvcess.

15. Pyotr (Stoneborn, Male)(YnBar)
(Brute) Health 6 Atk 4. Pyotr is a unique alien with very tough skin.
+ Immune to fire
- Movement speed is halved
+ Can detect Seismic activity before it happens
+ Can assume a form that resembles a Boulder and remain hidden 88% chance
Once per phase Pyotr can destroy an object, door, on a 3-6 [six sided dice)
Passive Ability: (Negative) Rage, Pyotr is triggered by high pitched sounds and sonic attacks.

(Already taken) 16. Vallen (Humanoid, Male) (YnBar)
(Economist) Atk 1 Health 1. Valen is a finance manager. Once per phase Vallen may invest a sum of money from the colony into a commodity or luxury. Any investment made by Vallen will come back with a double return of credits put in [70% chance of success], within 1-3 phases. Passive Ability: (Positive) Vallen is very influential in the Diamond trade and allows the colony to begin with Diamonds as a luxury.

(Already taken) 17. Eachen (Humanoid Male) (Ynbar)
(Sheep Farmer) Atk 2 Health 1. Eachen is from a long lineage of Sheep Farmers of Ynbar. Once per Phase Eachen may convert 1 sheep into 1 luxury wool or 1 food. Passive Ability: (Negative) Elderly and in poor health. Walks with a cane. Not recommended for use in Away missions.

18. Laramie (Humanoid Male) (Ynbar)
(Animal Trainer of Blue Horizon) Atk 2 Health 1. Laramie is the CEO of Blue Horizon, a corporation based on YnBar which studies Alien lifeforms, Animals and exotic creatures. Blue Horizon specializes in protecting wildlife. Once per phase Laramie can search for Alien/Animal lifeforms. He finds any in a 5 mile radius at a 65% chance of success. Passive Ability: (Neutral) Laramie will support protecting natural animal habitats over expansionism and industry.

(Already taken) 19. Naia (Humanoid Female) (YnBar)
(Oberserver of the faith) atk 1 health 1. Naia is a Priestess of the Faith of Ynbar. A post-Earth religion which draws many comparisons to Eastern Orthodoxy. After YnBar's earliest years, the traditional faith of the people evolved. An understand of psychic abilities, teleportation and other mystic powers became known from encounters with Khamaloid aliens. Once per phase Naia may remove a corruption from the colony or attempt to read someones mind (Mindmeld power). Passive Ability: (Positive) Naia is immune to mind control.

(Already taken) 20. Chagall (Male, Alien)
(Shapeshifter) health 3 atk 2. Once per phase Chagall can look like anyone else of similar size. He can mimic their voice and mannerisms at an 80% chance. Passive Ability: (Positive) Chagall can act as a body double for President making him also technically a Presidential tier character who can use all the same powers as President he is pretending to be in a crisis.

21. Asil (Human, Turkish)
(Hacker) 1 atk, 1 Health. Once per phase may hack an enemy OS in range. Passive: (Negative) Mercenery, you must pay him 1 credit per phase or his ability is unused.

22. Doctor Haemod (Human, )
(Disease Pathologist) atk 1 health 1. Once per phase you may cure (1) Diseased populace. Passive: (Negative) Addicted to opiods

23. Tongba (Wisp)
(Illusionist) health 6 atk 0. Once per phase Tonga may project an illusion. This can be a mirage, he can take human form, or use the illusion to confuse enemies (stuns on a 5 or 6). Passive: (Positive ) Tongba is immune to disease.(

24. Cole (Human, Dutch)
(Engineer) Atk 2 Health 3. Cole can rush buildings. Each phase he may take any construction project and complete it immediately. Wonders not included. Passive trait: (Negative) Each building rushed adds +1 corruption to the colony.

25. Elias (Human, Presedential Candidate)
(Politician) Atk 1 Health 4. Each Phase, Elias may draw a Quarum card for each cabinet position created in your government. (Excluding Presidency). Limit 5. Passive Trait: (Positive) As long as Elias is President you may throw out one dice roll that fails each phase.

26. Rattatat (Skaregg)
(Pilot) atk 2 Health 1. Old. Heeees baaaaaaack Once per phase Rattatat may take rat form. Passive (positive) and (negative) Has a Battleship!. With (3) pop of rat men.

27. Nikroti (Stirnellan, Alien)
(Observer) health 8 atk 1. Each phase nikroti may mind travel to a location and watch it like a camera. Passive: (Positive) no vocal cords but can project thoughts into words on a screen. (Bad for away missions)

28. Dale (Human)
(Alcoholic) Health 1 Atk 3. Once per phase Dale must propose a ridiculous peice of legislation. He adds 3 corruption to the colony. Passive: (Positive) Regenerative, he cannot die unless burned.)

29. Sadie (Human)
(Archaeologist)1 atk 1 health Once per phase may start a dig and have a chance to unearth items, credits or fossils. Traits: (Positive) Improves colony education by 15%.

30. Frindler (Human, Dutch)
(Fencing Olympian) 5 health 3 atk Once per phase can improve colony Health +1 by encouraging athletic programs for colonists. Passive: (Positive) Swordsman, can weild a variety of weapons at a +1 to dice roll
