Niche YouTube channels

I've got a hypothesis that a lot of you people have an interest in random niche youtube channels. I think we should have a place to share them. I'll go first.

There's a guy who is pretty amusing who just reviews army rations and it's strangely relaxing (not Bob Ross level of course, but almost). Here's his best video, IMHO. My description really doesn't do it justice.

This guy is fantastic. Favorite quote - "I'm telling you, cheese from the 60's just doesn't hold up."
